How is Holy Water made?

Does a priest draw a gallon of water, get on his knees, and start to
pray to bless the water and make it holy and sacred?   Maybe he
gargels and swallows  it if he has just committed a ***ual act to
cleanse his mouth and insides.  Maybe this is what Father Geogan and
Father Shanley did with their holy water.  What a  good way for a
priest to cleanse himself  of his sins.  Perhaps a wayward priest can
cleanse himself in bath tub of holy water.  Maybe this will help him
get into heaven???  Wonder what St. Peter is gonna say?
