Not the same !?
Pro-Tibet factory made 'free Tibet' flags inside china, to
be used to harm China, ..
Terrorists made bombs inside the USA, to be used to harm
the USA.
The point is ..the bombs and flags for doing harm
to the country is made 'inside' the same country.
It is nothing to be excited about.
As you rightly pointed out...material for making
such items are readily available...not like plutonium.
