Clearly, you are laboring under a huge misimpression. Her scholarly
work on Christian Origins is her pesher and its extracted history
from the 4 gospels, Acts and Revelation. Also, her expertise
on the Dead Sea Scrolls is widely acknowledged.
If you would take the substance itself, I gave her material on
Josephus because it should resolve your doubts about
Jesus's historical existence. In addition, I gave a wealth of
interesting new information such as Jesus's dealing with
the militants and the fact that Pilate was bribed.

Again, my position is perfectly clear and non-frustrating. The coming
revolution in Christian Origins will happen after scholars (her peers)
verify her pesher competently. Her pesher detail for (let's say)
Pentecost in Acts (2:1-21) is radical and shocking, bearing no
resemblance to the surface text.
To review, my policy on the NGs is not to teach Thiering pesher.
It would take a lot of convincing by any sincere student for me
to break my policy.

I have already stated publicly that I was wrong to include you
on my abuser list. Please forgive me on this matter.
You have a perfect right to your own views on the Christian
Religion and its origins/history; I do not seek to convert you
to my way of thinking.

I don't think so. I confess that last fall/winter I was disappointed
that Dr. Thiering's 1981 paper on signs of Essene solar calendar
in NT text failed to electrify you. However, now I realize that
the contents cannot be taught without strong guidance from
a teacher like myself in a face to face manner over the course
of several hours.
For the immediate topic, my purpose is served to show
convincingly that ---
a) the Historical Jesus existed
b) Jesus did not die on the cross
c) Christian doctrine that Christ died for mankind's sins is
way off base - the central teaching on Atonement needs
theological replacement

We are all fallible human beings. BTW I am fascinated with
the Bradshaws rock art in northwestern Australia.
