I got back into Paganism in the late eighties. Part of it was at that
time,
I'd lost so many people in my life (it got unbearably worse in the
nineties). One thing I do at each holiday is a mental tossing of a stick
into the stream of time, to know where I was, and who was there with me,
and to remember those gone on before.
