Actually, according to both the NCCDPHP and the Guttmacher Institute, Utah

is among the bottom three, or four, depending on which study you are
looking 
at. In fact, in the NCCDPHP study, Utah ties for the second lowest
teenaged 
pregnancy rate, with Wyoming. The lowest rate goes to North Dakota and 
Minnesota, also tied.

Utah, along with several states in the west, share the unhappy distinction

of having a higher suicide rate than the eastern States. It is to be
noted, 
however, that even though Utah is smack in the middle of that high suicide

area of the west, it, she has the lowest suicide rate of those troubled 
western areas.
