THE 5 DE****TATIONS OF JEWS AND BOM ZARAHEMLAH

It seems that the BoM recounts the history of exiled Jews in
theDias****a:"The promissed land" (1 Nephi 18:23) is Israel;
and"Zarahemlah" (Tsarenheim) Omni 1:12)the Jewish nomad empire
Khazariawhere the Russian Jews come from.

The Bible mentions 5 de****tations of the Jews:

A..In 722 BCE the Assyrians under Shalmaneser V and then under
SargonII conquered the northern Kingdom of Israel, destroyed its
capitalSamaria and sent the Israelites into exile and captivity in
Khorason,(Pastuns) now part of eastern Iran and western Afghanistan.
(Kings10)The Ten Lost Tribes are those who were de****ted. In Jewish
popular culture, the ten tribes disappeared from history, leaving only
the tribes of Benjamin, Judah and Levi to become the ancestors of
modern-day Jews.New inhabitants were brought in (from Cuthah and the
Syro-Mesopotamianarea, 2 Kings 17:24) and they formed a new Samaritan
population, alsoknown as Cuthim.

In 607 BCE the nation of Judah was conquered by Babylon. About
70yearslater in 537 BCE, the Persians (who had conquered Babylon in
539 BCE)allowed Jews to return to Jerusalem and rebuild the Temple.By
the end of this era, members of the tribes seem to have abandoned
their individual identities in favor of a common one.

B. The book of Daniel records a de****tation of Judaean nobilitythat
occurred around 605 BC, in the reign of Jehoiakim (Daniel 1:1-6;cf. 2
Chronicles >36:6-7).

Jojachin was king of Judah. He followed, 18th years old, his
fatherJojakim, who fell during the siege of Jerusalen in op 598 BC.
Heruledfor 3 month and 10 days. When the Babylonian king Nebukadnessar
II joint in person thesiege,Jojachin surrended. Together with his
family and the nobilityofJudah he was de****ted as prisioners to
Nehardea in Babylon. He wasreplaced in Judea by an uncle Zedekia, but
in Nehardea he still was called king and got privileges In 562 v.Chr.
he was freed at the ocasion of the crowning of kingAmel-Marduk (Ewil-
Merodach in the Bible).

The Book of Jeremiah (Jeremiah 52:28-30) notes three
de****tations:Thefirst was in the time of Jehoiachin, in 597 BC, when
the Temple ofJerusalem was partially despoiled and many of the leading
citizenswere removed (2 Kings 24:10-16). According to 2 >Kings 24:14 ,
10,000 people were exiled at that time (including 7,000 soldiers and
1,000craftsmen and smiths). about 90 percent of the population
remained in Palestine.

C.After eleven years, in 586 BC, in the reign of Zedekiah, a fresh
uprising of the Judeans occurred. The city and temple of Jerusalem
was razed and a further de****tation ensued (2 Kings 25:1-21).Jeremiah
tells us that, 832 people had been de****ted in 586 B.C.E.

D. After the destruction of Jerusalem Gedalya was appointed asgovernor
by rhe Babyloneans and murdered by Ishmael in 586BC and the remnants
of the Jews and the princes and princesses of the house of David fled
with Jeremiah to the South of Egypt. What happened to them is not
clear. And there are many legends having Jeremiah sailed toEurope and
returning from the north to Nehemia.

E. Finally, five years thereafter, in 581 B, Jeremiah records a third
de****tation (Jeremiah 52:30).Some time after the destruction
ofJerusalem, a third group was de****ted perhaps as punishment for
another rebellion when Gedaliah, the governor, was assassinated.
According to Jeremiah, 745 people were de****ted in 582 B.C.E

There have been a lot of speculations about what has happened to the10
tribes of Israel and Judah and Wikipedia gives a good review ofall
the claims, some of them proved by DNA and some of them havingbeen
taken back to Israel in recent years.

For the purpose of this study the claims of the Bnei Manasseh, theBete
Israel, who arrived in India by ****p, the Irish or Brit-Am andthe
Russian Kathar Jews are very interesting.

The BoM starts in the 4th year of the reign of Zedekiah, 594bC, in
Jerusalem, with a doomprophet Lehi, of the tribe of Manassah, who is a
lookalike of Biblical Jeremiah. He is involved with a murder too, on
his brother Laman, who is a match for Gedalyah.
As well Jeremiah as Lehi flighted to the South of Egypt
Both take sail to "the promised land" from Eritrea (called Irreantum
in the BoM )on the Red Sea. This journey is historical known as the
"cir***navigation of Africa" by Pharao Necho in 594bC. Once in the
promissed land, the brothers quarrel after the dead of Lehi and Nephi
makes around 550BC a trek over a plain to the pasture"land of
Nephi".Historically there were at that time 2 Thracian migracions
triggered by the conquest of Persian king Cyrus of Anatolia, Lydia and
Iona. The Chalybes moved from Thracia to Pontus and the people of Theos
to theCimmerian Bos****us, the predecessor of the later Jewish nomad
empire of Khazaria in Russia. Around 120bC the people of Nephi
discover the land of people ofZarahemlah and unite:

 Omni 1.
[14] And they discovered a people, who were called the people
ofZarahemla. Now, there was great rejoicing among the people
ofZarahemla; and also Zarahemla did rejoice exceedingly, because
theLord had sent the people of Mosiah with the plates of brass
whichcontained the record of the Jews.
[15] Behold, it came to pass that Mosiah discovered that the
peopleofZarahemla came out from Jerusalem at the time that Zedekiah,
king ofJudah, was carried away captive into Babylon. Old world history
knows about a unification of the Bos****an Kingdomand Pontus in 120bC
under king Mithridates 6 of Pontus, who spoke 25languages fluently.
[14] And behold, the king of the people who are in the land of
Zarahemla is the man that is commanded to do these things, and who
has this high gift from God. (languages)

So the verses are quite clear that the BoM Jews are not from the
lost10 tribes, but from the 2 tribes in exile after the de****tation of
Zedekiah in 586BC. Mulek comes from het Hebrew Malk, what means
king .

Helaman 6
[10] Now the land south was called Lehi and the land north was called
Mulek, which was after the son of Zedekiah; for the Lord did bring
Mulek into the land north, and Lehi into the land south.

This verse seems to confirm that the migration of Thracian Teos to the
Cimmerian Bos****us was the trek of the Mulekites by sea and the
migration of the Thracian Chalibes over land to Pontus. One north and
one south of the Black Sea

So it looks that we have to do with the Jews of the "de****tation"
D,the one after the murder of Gedalya in 585BC. when the remnants of
the house of David fled with Jeremia, the princesses, Johanan and
presumably Ismael, for the wrath of Nebukadnezar to the south ofEgypt,
where Jeremiah according the legends sailed to Europe andjointed
Nehemia from the North. It seems that the journey ended in Thracia on
the West coast of Anatolia, where the Mormon brothers of Nephi appear
as the Lydian dynasty of the Mermnades were involved in the historical
Greek settlements in the North of the Black Sea on the Crimea and
around theCimmerian Bos****us.Nephi probably migrated as the historical
Chalybes by land to Pontus and the brothers sailed by sea like the
historical people from Teos inThracia to Phanagoria on the Crimea.

Not that there are no traces of the other 4 de****tations in the BoM.
The de****tations of the 10 lost tribes by the Assyrians were
accordingto the Bible to Khorason in the north of Afganistan, were the
ruling tribe of the Pastuns claim their decent from the 10 tribes. In
the BoM we find a trace of them by the usefull animals the ***mons ,
which sounds like camel. The curelom than was the dromedaryThe
dromedary was found around the Arabian world, but the camel only in
Bactria in the north of Afghanistan, were they were domesticated and
breeded by the Bactrian kings.

The Bible as well mentions that the people of Samaria were replaced
with Kurds from Cuthah. Many scholars think that the Israelites
therefore were de****ted to Cuthah as well. Later on in this area was
the historical Jewish kindom of Adiabene.I suppose that the converted
queen Helena of Adiabene was the same queen as the queen in BoM book
Alma, converted by Ammon at the same time.

The de****ted Jews of Jojachin in 605BC to historical Nehardea in
Babylon we find in the BoM as the order of Nehor. Alma the younger and
the sons of Mosiah seem to be the missionaries of the famous
rabbischools of the Babylonean Jews. Alma himself could be the
founderof these rabbischools Hillel. The fall of Jerusalem after the
rebellion of Zedekiah and the subsequent de****tation in 586BC was the
reason for the departure ofLehi.

The murder of Laban was the murder of Gedalyah in 585BC and the final
flight of the house of David with the princesses, Jeremiah and
Ismaelto the south of Egypt.

The last de****tation in 581BC is the destruction of Jerusalem Lehi
andNephi mentionned during their travel in the wilderness. So far the
historical de****tations of the Jews in the BoM.

The founding of Zarahemlah was the historical migration of theThracian
people of Teos to Phanagoria on the Crimea. The trek to the land of
Nephi was the historical migracion of theThracian Chalybes to Pontus.
The unification of the people of Nephi and the Mulekites was the
historical anexation of the Crimea and the Bos****an kingdom
byMithridates 6 of Pontus.

The Judification of Zarahemla by king Benjamin were the conversions
during the Parthean rule in Persia by Jewish missionaires from the
Babylonean rabbischools of Nehardea under Hillel.
