Comment:-

The Surah 112 has been a part of daily Muslim prayer since the
beginning.
It was mentioned also by the Prophet in a Hadith.

It is well known that the Quran was written down by many scribes as
soon as the revelation was received and recited.
The revelations were also memorised by many people and transmitted in
prayer.
It is only the gathering of the fragments into a book that took place
later.

No objecions to any part of the book were made except in one case of
omission by Omar
and even then it was not altered.

A reading of the Quran also shows that there is repetition.

It is unlikely therefore that anything is missing or has been added
that does not
belong to it.

Apart from that the Quran contains the promise that it would be
preserved.

This can be interpreted also as implying that it is now exactly as it
is meant to be.
In other words it has to be taken as it is.
Speculation about what it may or may not have contained is wholly
futile.
