The reason for worrying about the accuracy of your statements is that
if you make inaccurate or undo***ented statements at one point, it is
very likely you are making inaccurate or undo***ented statements
everywhere in the material you present.

If you do not wish to concern yourself with some significant manner,
then you need to make a clear statement about whose position you are
assuming.

Islamic Awareness is the Islamic website with the greatest academic
reputation. It is especially interested in the historical evidence for
Islam and is a goldmine of useful information. You should visit it and
do some research there.

So far as I know the only real records of Persia we have for the next
two centuries after the collapse of the Sassanian Empire are the
inscriptions on coins. The history of al-Tabari (and a few additional
sources) is essentially all we know. If I am missing something please
tell me.

What "historical do***entation" are you referring to?
