God has designed all his creatures to have a certain amount of food that 
makes each creature healthy. When we do not get what is proper for the
body 
it will eventually resort to eating ( muscles, etc,) itself and you get
very 
sick or die. Just look at the animals that have a hard winter and cannot 
find food what happens to them. Look at poor countries and those who
cannot 
aford to fed themselves. It doesn't take much to figure out you are really

damaging your body in many ways.
