There is no where that I can find that the re****t back to Jesus is that
others are doing the miracles but not in His Name.
Here's the correct scenario....
John said to him, "Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in your
name, and we tried to stop him because he was not following us."
But Jesus said, "Do not stop him, because no one who does a miracle in
my name will be able soon afterward to say anything bad about me. For
whoever is not against us is for us. (Mark 9:38-40 NET)
Repeated:
John answered,"Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name,
and we tried to stop him because he is not a disciple along with us."
But Jesus said to him, "Do not stop him, for whoever is not against you
is for you." (Luke 9:49-50 NET)
