Scripture reads: Ephesians 1:4  "just as He chose us in Him before the 
foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before
Him 
in love," (NKJV)

It does not say that He chose us to be in Him. It says that He chose those

who were in Him.

Only believers are in Him.
