I realize that this post was made long ago, but since you got no responses

which reflect salvation without works, I thought I'd add this even if
there
is no interest anymore.

 >>(A)The question I am posing is, do Christians have to repent of sins
>>to receive salvation?

This question is an oxymoron. Christians have already "received
salvation."

Further, salvation is a FREE GIFT, and not of works of any kind, hence
repentance to receive salvation excluded altogether.

But Christians do have to confess their sins to remain in fellow****p with
God.

A person becomes a Christian when he believes on Christ for everlasting
life.

Salvation is by Grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.

>>(B)Do Christians sin constantly and do they have to continuely seek
>>forgiveness?

A Christian is composed of that which is born of God, which does not sin
at
all, (1 John 3:9 Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed
remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.)
(NKJV)
and the flesh which cannot but sin. Romans 7:18 For I know that in me
(that
is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but
how to perform what is good I do not find. (NKJV) Galatians 5:17 For the

flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and
these
are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you
wish.
So the answer is a little complicated and not easy to answer.

>>(C)Some denominations teach that their members do not sin, therefore
>>repentance is not a part of their belief tents.

I know of no denomination which teaches this. There are three major views
on
this subject.

The Arminian view, which believes that major sins, if not repented of
before
death result in loss of salvation. The Calvinistic view, which teaches
that
anyone truly saved will always come to repentance before death. If a
person
does not repent before death, then he was never saved to begin with. There

is a third view, the Free Grace view, which teaches that unrepentant sin
results in loss of rewards in Heaven, loss of fellow****p with God in the
hear and now, and punishment on earth, but does not result in loss of
salvation, since salvation is eternal, and not of any works but entirely
of
Grace.
