Hi, Kent:

I would put the emphasis on the Will of God and submitting to it. The
Baha'i Covenant is an instance of that Will. The question becomes,
"What is God's Will?" Since becoming virtuous and developing the
embryonic World Order of Baha'u'llah both conform to God's Will,
engaging in these activities will facilitate personal transformation.
