Yes, when, due substantially to your influence, I abandoned critical
realism (Roy Bhaskar) for nominalism, I quickly found poststructural
nominalist approaches to be more useful than "modernist" ones. Michel
Foucault's ideas have been cogent for many left sociologists
disillusioned by the Marxisms.

The distinction between Berger's use of "certitude" (certainty) and
certitude (yaqin/iqan) in the Baha'i texts is, IMO, an im****tant one
and may encourage us to be steadfast without drifting into fanaticism.
