Dear Gilberto,

As I tell my students, no text can rightly understood apart from its
context. In the case of the post were are talking about is the context
of someone using a Baha'i greeting and a name of a heroine dear to
Baha'is and thereby inferring she is a Baha'i trying to take us on a
guided tour of what Abdu'l-Baha would have us to do. If you tried to
do that, I'd be calling foul as well. You have always been honest and
straightforward about your Muslim identity. The problem with the post
in question is not that the person is not a Baha'i or is an ex-Baha'is
it is the fact she is using deception to get her message across. I
think it is im****tant to expose such deception, because in all
likelihood the message itself is tainted by the same questionable
motives.

warmest, Susan
