First Susan appears to have a pretty good idea who sent the letter.  This
is
not surprising given her years working in protection and her widespread
contact
with groups of Baha'is and others over the internet over the years.

The letter didn't occur in a vacuum (even if most of us do not know
the context).
If this person has a history of duplicitous dealings with the Baha'is,
then that
needs to be considered.

Quite possibly she has been watching exchanges here and identified certain
persons as potentially vulnerable or sympathetic to this approach and then
made her appeal to them with the intent of undermining their loyalty to
the
institutions or their certitude in the covenant.  Susan - is that what you
are
implying?
