"Hi Larry, you sound bitter."
Hi Kent,
Not bitter, simply looking out for the interests others who may have
been or are being put through the same treatment as I was: Having my
NSA send a person into my home, under the false pretense that they
were simply one Baha'i 'friend' visiting with another on their own
initiative, to investigate as well as interrogate the doctrinal
correctness of my personal beliefs.
Whether this treatment is an example of 'Baha'i arrogance' I'll leave
to others.
People deserve to be informed that this sort of thing is going on in
their religious community.
As well, I believe that there is a root cause for such dysfunctional
behaviour which can be traced if a person takes the time and effort to
independently search for the truth.
Hafiz was simply making a point: that there wasn't, in his day and
age, a direct correlation between religion and true spirituality. I
contend that what Hafiz said 700 years ago about religion is as true
today as it was 700 years ago.
Cheers
Larry Rowe
