Interesting that you should interpret it as a threat. It's not a threat
at all. It's an *****sment of a particular person's spiritual path and
where it's going. People do not get "sent to hell" as a punishment.
Rather, they choose to go there, rather than face the alternative. Yes,
that's right, they choose hell because heaven is even a worse torture --
for them.
And there's no need to die to experience it. Many are quite capable of
creating a hell for themselves right here in this life.
