Oh, that's a bit scary!

Well those capsules are usually in two halves pressed together, and the
glouco itself is a powder. What a friend of mine does is to break them
open and pour the powder into a drink. Could that be an effective and
simple solution for you?

The fish oil is the more im****tant one! and you can get it in liquid
form. But really you need both.

I guess I take a more aggressive approach to my health. Health and

Oh, duh! I hate it when I hit the ball fat or thin. But I rarely do of
course. (oh look, more pigs flying!) I especially hate it when chipping
onto a green, and hitting it thin so the ball flies over and you're left
with the same (or worse!) shot coming back. Just the fear of doing this
promotes the likelihood of it happening, as you tend to tense up a bit
at the prospect, which might cause you to hit a bit jerky or quick. But
chipping is really not that difficult if you can stay relaxed.

Yeah! Morkie lives next to a golf course. I wonder if he plays? wonder
if Chris does? I'm sure Rowland doesn't play. He would never be able to
make a decision from the numerous possibilities of what type of shot to
play! :)
