I got some of the glucosamine, but the pills are all too big for me to
swallow. I think there's something going on with my throat as well. My
grandfather had a problem with his narrowing as he got older, and he had
to
go have it opened up on a couple of occasions just so he could eat.
I have found it now in a drink, but my source (our local grocery store)
isn't a reliable provider. They seem to let it go out of stock often.
I haven't tried the fish oil yet. Knowing me as I do (I HATE taking pills
and potions on a schedule!), I'll probably have to nearly become immobile
before I really put forth the effort to help myself.

I can go to work and that happens, so it's just the fresh air, and that
occasional, what did Tin Cup say? tingling in your loins when the big dog
eats something?
