1) That would still be within the 1st century.
2) Ananias did not write Scripture.
3) People today, do not live back then,
before the close of the Scriptures.
4) If it is in accord with what we have today,
then it does not qualify under what is
being discussed here, which is about
people claiming that God is giving them
new revelations today.

You responded to my response to Lawrence,
in which I took him to task over failing to admit
what he is saying, which is that there is indeed
new revelation today. That the Bible isn't all
there is. And now you wish to, in another part
of this message, claim that you were agreeing
with me and that I have created an issue that
wasn't there with you? Please!
You did say... "My point is that if Jesus spoke
to Paul on the Damascus Road, why wouldn't
He choose to speak to someone today?"
Now I know that you also said, "as long as it's
in accord with Scripture", however, that does
not mean that you're denying new revelation!
The fact is, that you knew that I was responding
to Lawrence's claim that he receives new revelation
today, that is not found in the Bible and so, when
you say, "why wouldn't He choose to speak to
someone today", then whether you think so
or not, you are defending what Lawrence said
is happening and in that context, all your other
words "as long as it's in accord with Scripture"
means that you are saying that new revelations
today may be in accord with the general
principles stated in Scripture.
I did not word it that way! You did! And so,
you should expect that people will respond
to what you're saying in a negative fa****on,
when you seem to be stating disagreement.
>Joel 2: 28 states:
>"And afterward,

Actually, this prophecy by Joel was about the last days
and Peter tied it to their generation.
Acts 2:14-21
14) But Peter, standing up with the eleven,
raised his voice and said to them, Men of Judea
and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known
to you, and heed my words.
15) For these are not drunk, as you suppose,
since it is only the third hour of the day.
16) But THIS IS THAT WHICH WAS SPOKEN
by the prophet Joel:
17) And it shall come to pass IN THE LAST DAYS,
says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on
all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall
prophesy, your young men shall see visions,
your old men shall dream dreams.
18) And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy.
19) I will show wonders in heaven above
And signs in the earth beneath:
Blood and fire and va**** of smoke.
20) The sun shall be turned into darkness,
And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome day
of the LORD.
21) And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on
the name of the LORD Shall be saved.
And no, the last days does not last for thousands of years,
just because you now find out that Peter said it was back
then! That is made up on the fly, to avoid admitting the
truth! This is what Futurists always do! When it is proved
to them from the Bible, that their doctrine does not agree
with what the Bible actually says, they make up crap on
the fly, because they have no honesty in them to admit
the truth, because their doctrine is more im****tant to
them than the word of God! And they don't care how
ridiculous is sounds, like "Super Jesus, who flies around
the Earth a few times", after someone was told that the
line of sight problem means that Jesus could not possibly
be seen at the same time, His physical person, since the
Earth is round. And there's always "Gumby Jesus", whose
legs stretch while the mountain He's standing on splits
apart, when someone was shown what would have to
happen, if it was physically literal! And then there's
always those sinners who are in the lake of fire in
outer space, because someone was shown that after
the supposedly physically new heaven and earth,
with supposedly only "live forever, regenerated,
super sci-fi, believers only" people on Earth, the Bible
shows sinners outside the gates of the "New Jerusalem",
which they claim is physically literal! Or maybe we
should just talk about how when shown that the Bible
actually says that this New Jerusalem is the bride of
the Lamb, how people just run away and then run
around, claiming that I'm evil and that I ran away!
And then of course Feather, there's the people
like you, whom, once shown that yes, the Bible
says that the last days were in the 1st century,
on the fly, forget all about how they know that
the last days are seen by one generation and
make up the idea on the fly, that well, hey,
"The last days started then, but they are still
going on now.".
Of course, they'll go to church and say "Amen!",
when the preacher says, "We're the generation
that is in the last days!", because they're dishonest
and don't want the truth to be true! And of course,
they'll all claim that they wouldn't do that and that
they're honest, forgetting that they just proved
themselves to be liars!
So don't bother telling me how you don't play
dodge ball, because you do!
So no, Joel's prophecy does not apply to today!
Joel said it was about the last days. Peter said
it was about their time and Jesus said that it
would be within one generation and as I have
proved repeatedly, the Apostles taught throughout
the New Testament, that they were the generation!
And now you are aching to say, "Well, they had
that wrong, but today, we know!", because you
don't really care what happens to the integrity
of Scripture and you will actually try to claim
that Scripture is still inerrant, but they were wrong!
And as for the subject of Lawrence and what he said,
if you're saying it's not new revelation, then you
shouldn't be posting to me at all! You should have
posted to Lawrence and told him how wrong he is!
