The 'three-headed pagan god', as you say, is the Triune God of the
Bible
ie God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

'Jesus' is the Messiah of the New Testament and Christains know Who
He is and what His ministry was/and has continued to be since His
ascension into Heaven. To call Him 'Joshua' at this time would only
complicate the matter as it would then have to be asked. "Which
Joshua?" - the "Joshua" of the Old Testament or the "Joshua (Jesus)"
of the New Testament.

You are making a mountain out of a mole-hill - only dividing the
Christian faith into another denomination and denigrating genuine
Christians who do not accept what you say.
The most im****tant need in Christianity today is for all Christian
leaders to speak from the basic concepts of the Christian faith (in
the simplest terms 'Love God and love others - that does need
amplication, I will admit) and to work together in a very needy
world.
I do not mean by that the Protestant denominations are to return to
the Roman Catholic (Vatican) Church and accept their heresies and
traditions that brought about the division in 1517 which was even
greater that the division in 1015(?) that began the Orthodox Church
movement.
