It does not matter which one drifted from which - the net effect is a
drift apart, of one is relative to the other.  eg, two trains travel
away from each other at 30km/h has the same effect as one train being
stationary and one traveling away at 60km/h.

Either way, the continenst under your (ludicrious) hypothesis are
travelling away from each other at a (perposterious) rate that could
be observed by the ****d eye.  And absolutly no evidence exists for
such a claim eith in the records of ancient peoples, geography, or any
other form of physical history.
