They are different sciences - evolution is not the science of "non living
matter becoming living matter". Only the ignorant would suggest otherwise.

And if we can't demonstrate how non-living became living - so what?
Science
can't explain everything .That's not a good reason to invent a "god of the
gaps" to explain such mysteries.

The Bible is a book of myths, and should be treated as such.
