This poses a number of problems.
1. What is the "Church"?
Is the definition confined to a single denomination? Is "Church" defined
by
man-made dogma? Are members of the "Church" defined by their belief
system,
practice or both? Are members of a "Church" defined by "rites of
passage"?
2. Are God and "Church" inseparable?
I've been in some church services where I thought Jesus would have fallen
asleep in the front pew and other church services where I'm sure he would
have overthrown the Christian Bookstore tables. Is everything the
"Church"
does "of God"? Is everything stated from a pulpit the "word of God"?
