Dear Linda, that is very true.
in fact, recently i have had quite a change of heart about my attitude
concerning my approach to the discussions and how nine times out of
ten they ended up being emotional and nasty.
Looking back i see that my antagonist approach was often stupid to say
the least.
i hope you will forgive me for the nasty things i said to you.
concerning Christianity, i think that i have made some very wrong
judgments and these were based on bitterness toward "fundamentalism"
-- which i still see as an unhealthy way to interpret the Bible.
nonetheless my attitude toward Christianity has changed and become
more balanced. There is something bigger to the picture i have
discovered.
i cannot elaborate.
let me leave you with these words,
i am sincerely sorry for my foolish words in these discussions and
immature manner.
i no longer look at these things in the same way and see good
possibilities for some interpretations of Christianity.
life is a process and i am no exception.
Be well and enjoy.
