That is what I did on June 2, 2003. I sued the Salt Lake Tribune,
Media News Group, Publisher William Dean Singleton, Chief Editor Nancy
Conway, Interim Editor Bill Long, Editorial Page Editor Vern Anderson,
Managing Editor Tim Fitzpatrick, reporter Christopher Smith, Photo
Editor Lori Post, and photographer Rick Egan in the Third Judicial
Circuit Court, County of Salt Lake, State of Utah. It is a complaint

compensation(using libelous story, my photo, my life to entertain the
public); Section 25, Rights retained by the people, Section 27,
Fundamental rights, and the U.S. Constitution, Amendment I, IV and
VII.
I also requested jury trail as in Utah Code 78-21-1, Right to jury
trail.
So, who of the criminal people wants to be next?
Another reporter (not of the Tribune) contacted me in meantime. He
wrote he had studied several of my FOIA/PA cases and that the
government has used improper tactics and illegal methods in my cases.
(I would use harsher words to describe their un-American mafia and
Nazi methods, but anyway.)
It also came to my attention that DOJ, OIP director Daniel Metcalfe
praised the Salt Lake Tribune article (that piece of trash and yellow
journalism) at the ASAP conference and spoke about me for 5 to 10
minutes. Why are corrupt people always so obsessed with me?
