A white whale and a herring were inseparable. For years,
they roamed the oceans together. Then, one day, the herring
showed up alone. The other fish were curious. One asked,
"Where is the whale?"
"How would I know?" replied the herring. "Am I my blubber's
kipper?"
Now, this reminds me of another.
