Nam – Myoho – Renge – Kyo
When the country is full of ignorant or evil persons, then shoju is
the primary method to be applied, as described in the Anrakugyo
chapter. But at a time when there are many persons of perverse views
who slander the Law, then shakubuku should come first, as described in
the Fukyo chapter. It is like using cold water to cool yourself in
the hot weather, or longing for a fire when the weather turns cold.
