Subject: Val, Don And Jill. June 23, 2005.
Val has his picture on the Internet somewhere but I don't
remember where. He is handsome person an looks a lot like
the TV actor called Vince Edwards who was on the television
series called "Doctor Kildare", many years ago. Don is a
handsome person also. Jill is a beutiful blond and looks
like a model. In the past she used to teach a course aboard
their space craft that was is cloaked on the surface of the
water in Lake Meade, near Las Vegas, Nevada.

LTP Hmmm. you know, I actually read that the Vat-can had
some of the scrolls hidden at one point because they
disproved Chri-tianity. What is the truth about that?
DFS That's a lie. It does not disprove Chr-stianity; it
verifies the planks of the foundation of Chri-tianity you
see. Now the Dead Sea Scrolls, if you were to try and go
see all the fragments and all the scrolls in Jerusalem,
you would have a difficult time. They have this section of
the scrolls under lock and key, if you tried to break in
at night you would have a hard time. The heat of your body
is picked up by sensors in the walls which set off the alarm,
and if that fails, the plate that you step on to get into
the chamber will set off the alarm, gas would be released
and you would d-e before you know it. They are so adamant
about keeping these things se-ret, it reminds me of some
of the world reli-ions, they have fantastic information
directly addressed for the benefit of the human r-ce, and
they keep it hidden down in the dungeon behind locked
doors, behind gates that if you touch you will become
electrified, and this is wrong. I believe the people the
world have a right to know the truth, the whole truth and
nothing but the truth. I'm sounding like a lawyer now,
I'm sorry. (Laughter)
LTP No, I was just about to say here, here, I agree
totally with you, we are on the same page tonight
Dr. Frank.
DFS But to have man come from another world, to
release this information to me and we in turn release it
by a video tape, and G-d willing, the whole world will
soon know the contents, the sac-ed contents of the Dead
Sea Scrolls, to me is ironic, because in this generation
where you can't stand in any place and point your finger
where there's not w-rs, and rumors of wa-s, poli-ical
unrest, even rel-gious unrest, I think it's wrong and the
people need a tremendous spi-itual awakening and that's
exactly what's going to happen.
LTP Now there must be other reasons why the
Ro-kefeller foundation were wanting to keep this sec-et,
obviously it can't be just a spirit-ality aspect of it?
DFS There are things in the Dead Sea Scrolls which give
people a clue now.
How to succeed, how to prosper, how to be in good health,
they have given us the five pointed star of life, the
Commander has given us, and we have found traces of that and
more evidence of the five pointed star in the folds of the
Dead Sea Scrolls, and if people would be reminded that there
is another book written by the Commander himself called
Out-Witting Tomorrow, it outlines an awful lot of
information that is covered in the Dead Sea Scrolls, for our
human benefit today.
LTP What are the great Isaiah scrolls?
DFS Oh, no I haven't heard of those before.
LTP Apparently, this is part of the Ancient Scrolls.
DFS It's very possible. But there is still a lot of
information that I have not received on the Dead Sea
Scrolls.
LTP I also read that there is a lot of prophetic
information in them.
DFS Oh yes, just like the spir-tual awakening. That's
as prophetic as you can get.
LTP In fact it is so prophetic; it has been termed
today as remote viewing. So what kind of things would
unfold?
DFS I believe it would unfold primarily how the
individual should have faith in Almighty G-d. But, have
faith in himself. That given the proper tools, the
understanding, the wisdom, and the knowledge, he could go
and perform exploits in the name of the Almighty Go- that
would astound the negative forces on this planet once and
for all, and set them back on their heels. Right now, it
seems like the forces of e-il have full control of the
planet. As a matter of fact, even in the Old Test-ment,
Hebrew tells that Lucifer is still the Prince of the powers
of the air, and where the demons and other ev-l sp-rits
that are inside the earth in conjunction with the e-il
forces on the surface. Mankind has very little chance
to succeed, but with the illumination from the Dead Sea
Scrolls and from individuals like Commander Valiant Thor,
we have a chance to succeed, to prosper and be in good
health.
LTP Let's go into this a little more Dr. Frank,
because the Dead Sea Scrolls do mention star people,
extraterrestrials out there in space. What exactly does it
say?
DFS The Scrolls actually expand man's thinking, man's
imagination by confirming the fact that even in the New
Tes-ament, in the Aramaic language, J--us never said in my
father's house there are many mansions in the 1611 King
Ja-es Version. He said, in my father's Universe are many
dwelling places. Now, if there are many dwelling places out
there, what about the dwellers? What are they like? What
do they do? Have they come to this planet, and if so why?
What are they doing here? Will there ever be an
interchange of people from other world's, with people on
this planet and the answer is yes, and the answer lies
with a divine mission that was given to a group in the
he-vens called The Intergalactic Philosophy, the
Intergalactic Federation, and we teach part of that
philosophy to our people, no matter where we go, and this
again observing the rule, the golden rule, do unto others
as they would have do unto you, and to place yourself in
a position where people will be able to look at you with
respect and with love because you have helped them. I'm
sorry to say, many rel-gious centers today, they are so
cold you can ice-skate down the aisle, and if they shake
your hand it's an accident. But, there is warmth in the
Dead Sea Scrolls pertaining to spi-rituality that should
permeate every spi-itual center on the face of the earth,
and that is lacking today.
LTP What about this theory of the earth being hollow,
just stepping away slightly from the Scrolls for a moment.
DFS Oh the earth is hollow, and so are many planets
out there hollow.
Venus is hollow. People live on the inside. There are
several civilizations of individuals that live on the
inside of this planet. You take the Yeti, the Bigfoot,
Giants that were re****ted in the book of Ge-esis, they
are from the inner earth, they dwell in the inner earth,
in separate ****tions that those that are inspired of
Lucifer and the ev-l spirits, and the fallen an-els, and
there are some who have ventured into the center of the
earth, Admiral Byrd flew toward the interior of the North
Pole, the Arctic and then the Antarctic, and the Antarctic,
his plane lost power and tracker beams fastened on to his
plane by several saucer shape ****ps and guided him to a safe
landing, and they looked like us, they looked like normal
human beings, and they spoke with him and they had
fellow****p with him for days. They repaired his plane and
he took off again, safe and sound. Now, when he presented
this re****t to the Uni-ed Sates, his re****t was buried, just
like many other UFO re****ts today, by qualified, experienced
pilots, they are buried because of the fear of mass hysteria,
but Admiral Byrd wrote these things in a diary, we have a
copy of his diary, and if any of your viewers would like a
copy of this diary, let them write for the information, and
we will see that they get it.
LTP What is the Go-ernments take on the Scrolls, because
the Rocke-eller foundation is a separate entity?
DFS Yes, I think that the Gover-ments of the world
couldn't care less. I have found no interest of the
Govern-ents of the Un-ted States, Great Britain, and
Germany or S. Korea, and many others. The Govern-ent
itself does not put too much credence into the Dead Sea
Scrolls. They are more concerned with how to raise more
revenue, so that they can go about to do what they want
to accomplish. But the Go-ernments today, I worry about
them, I am really concerned about them. Now, I showed you
do***ents from the C-A, and whenever anyone brings up any
information like this, it is quickly blacked out and
covered because the people may panic, I think that's a
bunch of garbage, I have more faith in people than that.
LTP Val Thor, with his information on the Scrolls, has
he suggested how we can go about to try and get the
information released?
DFS The first order of business as far as I was
concerned was to perform the video tapes. We have three
video tapes called The Mysteries of the Dead Sea Scrolls,
and the next step will most likely be to introduce this
information to universities and colleges, and chu-ches
throughout the entire world. My largest audience as far
as churc-es are concerned was a group in S. Korea. I was
privileged to speak there in 1977, at an island there, a
gov-rnment property, and there was so many people that the
police and the air fo-ce of S. Korea had to patrol the
perimeter and that we had well over a million people.
People came from all over the world, and following that
meeting, I was invited to many other chur-hes, and of
course I spoke on Commander Valiant Thor, UFO's and the
bi-le, and nothing but standing room only. They were
interested, but the Governm-nt was not.
LTP Who would go about teaching this information then?
Who knows enough information about it to do it?
DFS Very few people do. That is why I'm anxious for
Craig to get a hold of the information, so that I can make
a world tour telling all about these things that I've
learned from a reliable source.
LTP Now with the information on the Scrolls, how can we
as humankind learn from the information?
DFS You would have to see and assimilate the information
on the video tapes. You would have to be able to view them
with an open mind, and in so much as the screen reveals, the
actual words of the master Jes-- Ch-ist, it is so far from
what I've understood has made a tremendous impact on the
hearts of people. Not only do they want to learn more, but
they want to learn more and more so that they in turn could
tell others about the whole situation involving the mysteries
of the Dead Sea Scrolls.
LTP How do we get peoples interest in this Dr. Frank, how
can we promote it?
DFS I believe we need a good PR firm to do that!
(Laughter)
LTP Yes, and of course more shows like this.
DFS Especially more shows like this.
LTP I believe it was actually the Qumran site where
these scrolls were found?
DFS Yes, the site was called Qumran. Qumran used to be
a community of individuals that were responsible for
taking the Dead Sea Scrolls, discovering then in the first
place, writing many of them and then hiding them from people
who tried to destroy everything in sight, so the best next
thing they could do was to put them in jars, then put them
in caves, and pr-y that someday a proper earthquake would
take place at the right time, and uncover the surface
leading into the cave, and naturally the young lad was the
first to go in there in 1947, and he made the prime discovery.
There are still many caves that have not been uncovered
and the Commander gave me information from those caves that
haven't been unfurled yet, and that is so unique because it
fits in with the almighty plan of -od for the ages.
LTP Tell me Dr. Frank, why didn't Val Thor go
directly to the Gov-rnment to speak about this?
DFS Val Thor went to the Pre-ident of the Uni-ed States
way back in 1958, offered the Pr-sident ways and means that
the Ame-ican people could get along without sickness,
disease and dea-h, and they turned him down flat.
The Joint Chi-fs of Staff advised the Presi-ent that this
will ruin the economy of the Un-ted States. I believe when
the time is right and the Commander says everything must
operate within a certain di-ine time plan, and when the
time is right he will appear in front of the Un-ted Nations
in New York, and open the door to many of these things, and
for the first time the leaders of these countries will
receive first hand information from the mouth of someone who
knows exactly what he's talking about, and what they do with
that information is entirely up to them, and let us hope
that they are brave enough to tell there people from their
respective countries about the Commander and what his
mission has been.
