I'm glad someone agrees with me on this, not that I've looked high and
low or anything. I was about to uninstall it because I was having such
trouble with DVD playing that I thought DX9 plus the new Detonator
drivers were fux0ring my DVD player, but it's working now, so go figure.
I'm on level three or so, and I'm losing terribly-- I think I need more
scouts, and the whole "build gun corvettes" deal is a red herring.
Killing Vagyr carriers is hard.
But man, Desert Combat is easy and fun, whereas Homeworld is hard and--
fun at times, not much more engrossing than Cataclysm, which I never
finished, was. ("WE...WILL...NOT...BE...BOUND!" *BOOM*)
Oh well, maybe it'll come around, or maybe I will. Email me if you're
up for some hawt mother****p-on-mother****p action, Stephen, someday.
We're in the same timezone, and might even manage some decent pings;
only a hundred or so miles apart if I remember correctly. Just wait
until I've played a little more.
