drugs in the tap water

George Dubya Bush's new Universal Prescription Plan was unveiled today 
as it was announced that trace amounts of prescription medication can be 
found in the tap water and well water pretty much everywhere.  

this announcement was nationally hailed as proof that holistic 
medication does indeed work.

there will be 2 changes to the dictionary as a result of this new public 
service:
1.Hard Water will now be defined as water with a lot of viagra
2.Soft Water will now be prescribed for persons with depression and 
bipolar conditions.
