Were you using the word to mean straight, as in "unwilling to commit
illegal acts on behalf of the company"?  I certainly do not approve of
companies suborning their employees to commit illegal acts.  But wait,
in the previous paragraph you were talking about "liberal policies of
***ual lifestyles".  I admit, I am baffled.  What sort of company did
you work for and what illegal act involving ***ual lifestyles was
expected as part of your job?

I withdraw my previous comments pending clarification of which meaning
of the word "straight" was intended, and just a bit more information
about the general nature of the conflct you described.

I thought you were describing a situation where you made unwelcome
comments about your coworkers' ***uality and lifestyle choices.  Some
people would regard it as a restriction of their religious freedom if
they were asked to take down their "God Hates Fags" poster.
