If you read my posts very well I had pointed out that the predictions
of the end of the world -due to their special exceptional nature -
don't determine who is true or false prophet !
In the past people in Israel could wait out till the promised signs
came true or not and then decide whether to follow the prophet who
predicted the signs.
In the case of the prediction of the end of the world no one can
afford waiting out till the very end as risks are great it it is now
before the end may come one must decide whether to follow the prophet
or not .
The nature of such prediction excludes any delay . And what if the
prediction comes true ?! At that time it will be of no avail to
accepet the prophet's teachings as it will be too late.
So other factors must be taken into account when we want to know if
the person is false or true prophet.
We study the teachings of that person if they agree with the Bible the
best possible way. And the person with the best christian views is the
first in line to be called a true prophet ! Regardless of any
predictions that person made and makes with respect of the end of the
world.
Note I have been making predictions of the end of the world in the
past giving various dates.
There was one for the year 1991 AD and it did not come true fully as I
had predicted and yet I stayed my course in my independent status of
God's servant as per Luke 9.49-50. The views I have I see as the best
views I can have on the Bible and if I make hundred more predictions
and all fail I will still be in my christian religion as an
independent servant of God Yahweh !
Right now I have the prediction for the year 2011 AD .
I believe the end may come but if it doesn't come I have more next
predictons as back-up predictions.
I have the year 2034 AD in view but it would be unreasonable to
predict the year 2034 AD if I have an earlier solid date 2011 AD and
the end may come in 2011 AD.
You would have to prove you have better religious views than I have
to convince me to join you .
I know already if you have the views most christians hold for years
and are in main-stream religions,churches you are dead wrong . You
will not get me into catholic religion ! I used to be a catholic and
myself undermines my catholic conviction using the Bible.
You will not get me into protestant church ! You will have to come out
with the new religious views nobody knows except you and small number
of people you preached to.
With these things in view given above there is no slightest reason
using the Bible to call me a false prophet !
