The original name of Kashmir was not Kashmir and it appears that you
are not aware of that. Do you know that the word "Assam" is a word
used in Malayasia.? Would it then make you think the state of  Assam
to be in Malayasia? Secondly for your information, the word Nehru is
came from the word "Nahar", which means a canal and some of the
ancestors of Jawaharlal Nehru originally resided near a canal and
hence adopted the surname Nehru.
