My grandmother used to call me "god-all-mighty" several times a day. As 
nicknames go, it wasn't as bad as "Stinky" or "Dook".

"God-all-mighty, get your ass down here and clean up this mess." At least
I 
think he was talking to me, because nobody else ever helped me clean up
the 
mess.
