He was revered as a god is revered and no atheists helped the Red Guards
they did
all the damage themselves.
Times are a changing - soon China will overtake the USA as the world's
most powerful
and prosperous nation but even then only a very small minority will be
Christian
although the following is growing right now as China opens up. They will
not
appoint any senior Bishop designated by Rome, they appoint their own,
unthinkable
fifteen years ago.
China is not a problem in the religious sense, if they go to war using
nuclear
weapons it will not be in the name of any gods it will be in the name of
self
defense. we can leave it to Islamists and Christians to start a religious
war - a
kind of extension of The Crusades , religions are so old fa****oned and out
of date -
no wonder there are more and more atheists these days.
