    Wrong analogy. Pets can't love and care for others to the death, ...if

need be, nor can they understand and be opinionated and judgmental about 
good and evil, which is the "fruit" Adam and Eve ate. See below

                ORIGINAL SIN
     Gen 3:22-23 And the Lord God said: Behold, the man is become as one

       Therefore ORIGINAL SIN is being judgmental and opinionated about
who, or what is good or evil. After eating the fruit (tasting the result)
of
the knowledge of good and evil, Adam and Eve made their first judgment:
"It is shameful and/or evil to be seen ****d in public". To this day, most
people in the world still are of the very same opinion, though it is
neither
logical nor reasonable.
