That was Bill. But Kevin is aware he is replying to an atheist who is
by definition outside his religion and has no excuse for his stupid
question-begging.

Personally, I think Bill is a jerk, and like most of us I have kill
filed him so I don't get to see his original.

He's an American. He thinks his own freedom of speech absolves himself
from that responsibility.
