WHAT IS GOD WAITING FOR

Dozens of faiths send out missionaries to convert others to their faith.

IF there is a REAL God, why does he need or permit all these missionaries
to 
convert people to false religions?

Any Real God could announce his existence and wishes to the WHOLE world, 
directly from his heaven, and instantly convert the whole worlds
population 
to his wishes.

Why doesn't he do this?
