Along with the warring blood pixies.

I've mentioned them before, but just in case you haven't heard the 
Legend of the Blood Pixies, (something I made up) here it is:

Inside you body lives the blood pixies.  They fight a neverending civil 
war, pu****ng against the walls of your heart.

The Inner Heart pixies, energized by the influx of blood, push the walls 
of the heart outwards in an attempt to destroy the wall and kill the 
Outer Heart pixies.  Y'see, the Outer Heart pixies have only one 
weakness:  Blood is very fatal to them.

In response, the Outer Heart pixies push inwards on the walls of the 
heart in an attempt to destroy the Inner Heart pixies, who can be killed 
by the body's interstitial fluid.

In this neverending battle, the Outer Heart pixies try to kill the Inner 
Heart pixies, and vice versa, which has the added benefit of keeping you 
alive.

Now, we invite a third party to the mix:  The Cholesterols.

The Cholesterols come from the outside, in the form of Quarter Pounder 
cheeseburgers from McDonald's.  They enter the bloodstream, taking up 
residences in little communities called "Plaques".

They side with the Inner Heart Pixie faction as they enter the heart, 
strengthening the Inner Heart Pixies' force.  Too many Cholesterols 
introduced into the blood system can lead to a structural failure of the 
wall of the heart, leading to the death of the Outer Heart Pixies and, 
as a side effect, you.

Therefore, the moral of this story is, side with the Outer Heart pixies. 
  They're the only ones keeping you alive.  Alternatively, stay away 
from Quarter Pounders.
