Reading your purple prose hurts quite a bit. Other than that, I feel
pretty good.

You seem perfectly nice. That goes a long way with me. However, there
are lots of perfectly nice atheists on this newsgroup (and elsewhere)
so I'm concluding a person does not have to have been conned by some
religion in order to be nice.
You also don't seem very educated. Your writing is at about the Grade
3 level, and your awareness seems very limited. I'm not trying to be
mean, it's just a fact. Put yourself in my shoes. In this newsgroup,
there are quantum physicists, writers, biologists, comedians galore (I
love that!), and even some fellow hockey fans...what do you have to
offer? Some fairly uninteresting stories (sorry, god making the
universe in 6 days has NOTHING on the actual events) which you're
trying to pass off as real (and deliver in a fairly depressed manner)?
I will never understand how someone can be so attention-starved that
they can't shut up and learn from others who have worked hard to learn
something fascinating about the world we all live in, and instead try
to turn the subject to some personal delusion that they think we
should all be interested in more. That just strikes me as arrogant (as
well as ignorant).
