I love the way you put things Dana, but you forget one thing: Christ
did
not come for us, he came for the lost sheep, ..and who could be more lost
than an atheist? Had Christ and later Paul etc. not addressed unbelievers,
running the risk of being killed by doing so, there would be no
Christianity
today.
Are you willing to be hated by the world, or would you rather curry
its
favour? It's up to you, but preaching to the choir, no matter how good,
will
not endear you to Jesus' heart.
I'm going to put a.a. back on top if you don't mind, and pray you will
suffer the slings and arrows of outraged atheists gracefully and with
humour.
