their parents to be honest with them, therefore they are easily
mislead into believing our nonesense."

Is this belief system so weak and bankrupt that they only way
they think they can spread it is by abusing the trust of children?

It is only through this constant betrayal of children and the
threat of real punishment (earthly) , that their religion has survived
so long. Parents these days no longer force feed their children this
mythology and superstition. I will always be eternally grateful to my
parents for not indoctrinating  me leaving me to decide for myself
when I grew up. That religion is now collapsing in the Western world
shows that the link in this vicious circle has been broken, probably
forever. 

The last time anybody was put in prison here for not believing
the god claims was in 1842. The first people to admit openly
that they did no believe must have been very brave people.
Since then people have become less afraid to admit they do not 
believe and the 'belief in god is the norm' bubble has now burst. 
 Soon more and more people in the USA will no longer be afraid to
admit (to themselves as much as others that , "You know, I really
don't  believe this god nonesense anymore - Stuff religion, it is just
worthless!".
