No, We the People, in order to form a more perfect UNION. . . . .
The 3 Branches of Government were based upon Thraces 3 Branches of
Government.
One Branch for the Sovereign one for the Military/Church, one for the
People.
The counsel of the people was composed of Chieftains from the Tribes
with each having a voice before the Sovereign.
While it was the Sovereign who controlled all actions it was by counsel
of the Military/Church and the People.
It is the People who hold the power.
