Yes, they do interfere, although most probably quite not with the
same intensity as they did decades before, with the then current, but
now totally obsolete hardware that they had.
One of the puzzling things is that to my knowledge, nobody could yet
guess exactly what HAARP really is at. Your post made me wonder, has
in fact this badly auguring toy anything to do with dimensional gates?
When I first read your post, I found it illogical to imagine that they
would break such a highly priced toy as Aurora for their experiments,
but considering Aurora was made some years ago, there must now be
even more sophisticated toys than this one.
