Rumor Missile Launch.
H.A.R.P. a Military project put online circa 2001, it's intent to
"Disrupt the Northern Lights". They are claimed to interfere with
Military Communications.
Aurora the "Red Ring" the End of the Rainbow, the place where the
Rainbow Bridge of Asgard Touches Earth, the Cave of Adam.
