We know that no god has ever decided that anything was moral or immoral.
The God of the Bible was a blood thirsty murderer in story after story,
so it is clear that you don't get those rules from him.

Morality comes from what a society will tolerate and what it will not
tolerate. Some societies claim that their god had something to do with
it, but have no evidence to back it up.
