Weird, because I value life and peace a LOT more as an atheist than I ever
did as a theist. Every moment is precious because I know they'll never
come
again. Every friend, relative and any person I love are all the more
valued
and cherished because I know that this is the only shot I have at creating
something good in the universe with them. Odd at how UN-manacled I feel.
Strange that I don't feel short of so-called 'spiritual values'.

Thats odd, because I see a LOT more ego and hate in the name of religion

Well that just confirms my distrust of religion, because the above says to
me that the person you describe equates reason and logic with 'spiritual
sickness'.
