MATTHEW 16:
28 "Truly I say to YOU that there are some of those standing here that
will
not taste death at all until first they see the Son of man coming in his
kingdom."
TWO POSSIBLE MEANINGS:
1. That Christ would return within the generation or normal lifespan of
some who were with him at that time. Let's say for someone 20-30 years of
age who might live to 90, this would imply Christ's return in 60-70 years.
2. That some alive and present would not die until Christ returned in the
20th century, living over 1960+ years without dying. Thus Jesus was
referencing the power of God in this statement.
Most will interpret this consistent with the above #1, or find some other
interpretation that works rather than take the face value reference of #2.
For instance when Jesus was in the tent with Moses and Elijah, some
consider
that visionary event as seeing him in some way returned in his glory, etc.
However, other scriptures confirm that Jesus meant #2. That is, that some
from the 1st century would not die until he arrived in the modern era.
The
year of the second coming can be calculated specifically to 1992 based
upon
the "1335 days" prophecy found at Daniel 12, since the end of "1290 days"
following the "great tribulation" for the Jews, which was the Holocaust,
ENDS the gentile times. The Jews would after this great tribulation be
restored to their homeland. This would be after two-thirds were
exterminated in this one-time event (Zech. 13:8). Thus 1947 ends the
1290
days and the messia would arrive exactly 45 years later, thus sometime
between November 30, 1992 and November 29, 1993. So some from the 1st
Century would live all that time.
But that is precisely what is hinted at for John who would have been one
of
those standing there, that he would not die. Note this reference at John
21. Now the context here is that Jesus had just told Peter how he would
die. So when Peter asked about John, he was asking whether or not John
would die also or be in the group chosen not to die? So Jesus answers him
directly to this context, that is, which group would John fall into, those
who would die and be resurrected or those few who would be selected not to
die at all until Christ returned:
JOHN 21:
20 Upon turning about Peter saw the disciple whom Jesus used to love
following, the one who at the evening meal had also leaned back upon his
breast and said: "Lord, who is the one betraying you?" 21 Accordingly,
when
he caught sight of him, Peter said to Jesus: "Lord, what will this [man
do]?" 22 Jesus said to him: "If it is my will for him to remain until I
come, of what concern is that to you? You continue following me." 23 In
consequence, this saying went out among the brothers, that that disciple
would not die. However, Jesus did not say to him that he would not die,
but:
"If it is my will for him to remain until I come, of what concern is that
to
you?"
Again, the context of Jesus having told Peter he would be in the dying
class, Jesus answered that it was up to him whether John would be in the
living class and not die. This ties into his comment that some standing
there with him would not die until he arrived. Jesus cannot arrive until
45 years after the Jews are restored to Palestine. That means John would
have to live over 1960 years down to the second coming in 1992.
A second person who is confirmed to survive from the 1st century is the
Apostle Paul. Again, you have the context of two cl***** during Jesus'
time. Those chosen to SURVIVE down through 1900 years until the second
coming and those who would die and then be resurrected. So at 1 Thess
4:15
Paul is dealing with an academic question that concerned them, which was
would those who are resurrected get their heavenly crown before or after
those who would stay alive and survive to the time of the second coming?
Paul explains that everyone would get their heavenly reward at the same
time. But Paul clearly places himself in the "SURVIVING" group here...
1 THESS 4:
15 For this is what we tell YOU by the Lord's word, that _WE_ THE LIVING
WHO
SURVIVE to the presence of the Lord shall in no way precede those who have
fallen asleep [in death]; 16 because the Lord himself will descend from
heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel's voice and with God's
trumpet, and those who are dead in union with Christ will rise first. 17
Afterward _WE_ THE LIVING WHO ARE SURVIVING will, together with them, be
caught away in clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and thus we shall
always
be with [the] Lord."
So again, you have the context of two groups. Those who would die and
those
who would SURVIVE to the second coming. Paul understood he would be in
the
latter group. Paul excludes himself from the group that would die when he
was "WE the living who are SURVIVING."
So did John and Paul actually survive down to the Lord's day from the 1st
Century?
YES. Those of us of the elect who are part of the "eagle" class are aware
that they are still living though obviously leading highly secret lives.
Some of those in the secret elect "eagle class" thus have seen them in
person as I have. In fact, I saw the Apostle Paul before I realized he
had
never died. I rushed home to check the scriptures since I had thought he
was killed. Then I found 1 Thessasonians where he clearly is claiming he
would "survive" down to the Lord's day, so everything clicked. I wasn't
delusional, holy spirit was simply revealing the reality. But I'm glad I
saw Paul _before_ I understood about some surviving down to our day rather
than visa versa, because we know how the mind can play tricks on us,
right?
WHY HAVE SOME SURVIVE DOWN TO OUR DAY? It was inevitable. The covenant
of
Abraham had to be fulfilled. That means some from the 12 tribes of Israel
must be in the Bride Class. 144,000 natural Jews, but 12,000 specifically
for each of the 12 tribes. That's an impossibility after 70 CE once the
Jews were scattered and in exile. How could anyone know which tribe they
were from? Impossible. So the challenge was how to fulfill this? How
do
you get 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes sealed into the kingdom in the
modern age?
Well, one way to do that was simply to have some from each of the 12
tribes
with lineage do***ents during the time of Christ who had become Christians
to volunteer to survive down to our time. Then say 100-200 years prior to
the second coming, depending upon how many from each tribe were selected,
they would simply marry into the modern population. Over the next 100-200
years each individual could have as many as a million descendants each,
out
of which could be chosen the requisite 12,000 from each tribe. This is
likely the reference that God would "speed it up in its own time" and how
one would become a nation.
ISA 60:
22 The little one himself will become a thousand, and the small one a
mighty
nation. I myself, Jehovah, shall speed it up in its own time."
It doesn't take long if you have large families in each generation. My
paternal grandmother had ten children; my maternal grandmother came from a
family of 16 children and I have an aunt who had 17 children. So if
inspired to do so, families in these lines of the 12 tribes could multiply
fairly quickly. That's just with ONE individual. But even if 12 from
each tribe were selected to survive down to our time and start new
families,
that's just a small congregation of 120+ people. It wouldn't be that
difficult to remain obscure over 1900 years.
You know, some might think of the difficulty of this since obviously they
would have to move about since some would notice they were not aging or
dying. But that could be part of the FUN of it. You'd have enough money
to move anywhere you wanted to and experience all kinds of new places in
the
world. It wouldn't be boring at all. Of course, they would have to be
rather well to do to keep this under wraps and to provide storage for all
the do***ents from the first century.
At any rate, to fulfill that prophecy, the 12 tribes of Israel would sort
of
be reconstituted a couple hundred years before the second coming so that
by
the time Christ arrived in 1992 there were sufficient descendants from
specific members of the 12 tribes to select the 144,000. The 144,000
who
are natural Jews would only be the "root" of the entire elect tree,
however.
This represents 10% of the whole (Isa 6:13). Thus the other 1,296,000 are
grafted in gentiles. The entire elect that will rule with Christ as
king-priests in the earth over the survivors of Armageddon is 1,440,000.
That number has now been sealed as of recently, a few months ago, now
leaving way for Armageddon to happen at any time.
When the Jews returned from Babylon it took 16 years to complete the wall
around the city. It took 22 years to complete the temple with a 2-year
interruption and thus 20 years. It has been 15-16 years since 1992-1993.
So the Covenant can now be fulfilled for the 144,000 natural Jews, 12,000
from each tribe as the Bible requires.
This is part of the context of those who would survive from the 1st
century
down to our time, including John and Paul.
Now this is the BIBLICAL REALITY. The faith of Christians are tested by
some things that are hard to accept. Of course, it is easier for the
elect
in the "two witnesses" cl***** to believe this. Just as the Bible says,
for
those with much, more will be given. Thus those with enough faith in
scripture in the first place to trust that God could preserve some from
each
of the 12 tribes down to our day are the ones who get to see these people,
as I've seen Paul and John, and yes, my own surviving ancestor from the
1st
Century. So yes, I'm part Jewish.
Anyway, that's what's happening now and we can rest assured that Jesus did
not return in the 1st century, since his second coming is clearly dated in
the 20th century based on chronology. Even with the revised and confusing
chronology from the Neo-Bayblonian Period, where you have the correct date
in 529 BCE for the fall of Jerusalem, but others claiming that 587 BCE or
607 BCE are better dates, all of them give dates in the 20th Century (i.e.
1992, 1934 or 1914!!). So even if you don't have the correct date for
the
fall of Jerusalem you still will not get any dates falling in the 1st
century for the second coming. That's the beauty of Bible chronology!
You first establish the time frame, in this case the year of the second
coming, and then cross-reference the SIGNS that confirm the chronology.
It's the chronology in conjunction with the signs that heighten the
fulfillment. It's the absolute date for the Exodus in 1386 BCE that
links
to 1947 confirmation of the 70th jubilee week for the Jews. That's
impressive.
But most look down on chronology and those who develop and are inspired to
understand it. They are like the "foolish virgins" who only want to deal
with the basic things and ignore the "extra" things in the Bible. That is
the "extra oil" of the wise virgins! Chronology. Prophetic parables and
prophetic number patterns such as the 70 jubilees! Those "extra" things
give them the extra light to find the messiah in 1992 at the correct time.
Others will discover he has arrived as a thief and be surprised by his
presence, hopefully not losing their hope in the kingdom. But disdain for
what's in the Bible that is given to us to stay awake is a sure way to get
passed by!
But now is not the time to close our eyes. Now is the time to become
fully
awake as to what will happen next. Everything has happened just as
prophesied, first among the elect and in connection with the Jehovah's
witness sect, who fulfills the "temple in its right condition" prophecies,
but also has become an apostate "evil slave" who has been cast off by God
and Christ after he has removed his sheep. Once sufficient prophecies
are
fulfilled though, Christ gets revealed to the entire world. Thus the
kingdom starts off very small, just one individual, and then it spreads
out
to more and more and more and more. All the individual branches start to
come together into the whole.
